That sucks that you're having trouble getting the layout to stay the same. You're talking about iframes right?
Well they can be hard and if you need any help with it just ask me and I could try my best. Have you tried the tutorial at vejc-design.com? I think that was the one I used.

I really like what you did, but your site and mine look very very similar. you even "copied" my welcome text almost to a t. do you think maybe you could change it a bit?? and almost everything is the same as mine.
